Batch Coating System for Carbon Coatings

The PVD coating system DREVA600 is designed for the deposition of hydrogen-free, tetrahedral amorphous carbon films, in short ta-C coatings.

For this purpose, the standard hard coating system is combined with the Laser Arc Module (LAM 500) to produce carbon coatings with the highest tribological requirements using laser-arc technology.
